Is OrbitMatch Dating free to use?
Yes! Creating a profile, browsing matches and sending a limited number of messages is completely free. Premium plans unlock unlimited messaging, advanced filters and more.
How do I create an account?
Click "Join Free" on any page, fill in your email, choose a password and complete your profile. The whole process takes under five minutes.
What age do I need to be to join?
OrbitMatch Dating is strictly an 18+ platform. Age verification is part of the registration process and we actively enforce this policy.
How does the matching algorithm work?
Our algorithm considers your profile information, stated preferences, activity patterns and mutual interests to surface the most compatible profiles for you.
Can I filter matches by location?
Yes. You can set a search radius from your current location or search in a specific city or region anywhere in the world.
Why am I not seeing any matches?
Try broadening your distance or age range, add more photos to your profile, and make sure your profile is set to "visible". Premium members also appear higher in discovery.
How are profiles verified?
We use a combination of email verification, photo checks and manual review. Suspicious accounts are flagged automatically and reviewed by our trust & safety team.
Can I block or report someone?
Absolutely. On any profile or inside a conversation you can tap the flag icon to report or block a user. Our team reviews every report within 24 hours.
Who can see my profile?
By default, only logged-in members can see your profile. You can fine-tune exactly what is visible in your Privacy settings at any time.
What is included in Premium?
Premium members get unlimited likes, see who viewed their profile, get priority placement in discovery, advanced filters and an ad-free experience.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel any time from your Account Settings > Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the billing period — no hidden charges.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click "Forgot password?" on the Sign In page and enter your email. We will send a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Your data is permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This action cannot be undone.
